Cognitive and behavioral therapy (CBT)

Cognitive and behavioral therapy is a brief therapy that allows the analysis of the interaction between the thought system, emotions and behaviors. CBT, with the help of a psychologist, aims to re-establish and identify the maladaptive thought pattern and to put in place a proper adjustment that will allow a new balance to be found.

For whom ?

According to numerous studies, behavioral therapies have demonstrated their effectiveness for depression, anxiety states (phobias, panic attacks, OCD), sexual difficulties, stress management, addictive behaviors (alcohol and tobacco addiction) and post-traumatic stress disorder.

The use of relaxation can be used during the sessions.
